NOTE TO VISITORS TO THE PARK
No Camper Vans: Camper Vans are not permitted within the park. Suitable parking is available on the road outside the park for these vehicles.
Drone Use Restrictions: Flying drones or recording residents and guests without their permission is strictly prohibited to ensure privacy and safety.
Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no facilities for charging electric vehicles on-site, and charging from bungalow sockets is prohibited due to the risk of electrical overload and potential fire hazards. Guests with electric vehicles should plan for alternative charging options away from the park.

I have owned my bungalow for over ten years now. It is a place for myself and my family to unwind and relax in peace and tranquility above the River Dart. The surrounding areas offer so many opportunities to experience the outstanding natural beauty of the countryside, coast path and beaches, away from the trappings of everyday life.
