In this case “Galmpton Park Bungalows Ltd” means Directors of the Company, who are themselves voted onto the Board by its members at an Annual General Meeting or an Extraordinary General Meeting or co-opted on by other serving directors to fill a casual vacancy.

address. This enables us to send out AGM notices, Election notices for voting on Company matters and other correspondence relation to the Company. This information is also required for the statutory register of members that we are required to keep under Company Law.
Financial Data includes any financial transactions between Galmpton Park Bungalows Ltd and individual members. We do not hold your bank details but our bank statements will show what payments you have made to the Company.
